Dealing with the guilt of being told, ‘You’re being selfish’

Many people in relationships who are starting to take care of themselves and instill some boundaries often are met with being told they are being selfish. Has a highly intuitive and sensitive empathy this creates a lot of guilt and causing them to back down and give in.
