Yoga Nidra:  A relaxation meditation that heals the body and mind by completely relaxing the nervous system.

With daily practice Yoga Nidra has been found to reduce chronic tension and anxiety and helps you to heal stress related conditions.

The key then is to learn to relax the body and calm the mind. With regular practice you have the opportunity to heal; heal the heart, heal the body, see yourself and your life from a new perspective and start shifting your life experiences.
