Creating a meditation 🧘‍♀️ practice is by far the most powerful way to calm your fears, and anxiety which are falsely created by your beliefs and thoughts.

It's not always a smooth ride though, especially in the beginning because there are years of conditioning and hidden pain that wants to come up in the form of emotion.

And who wants to feel more emotion when there is already so much inner turmoil?

As counter-intuitive as it is, with practice and using any tool available; bineral beats, yoga nidra, guided meditation, positive affirmations, walking in nature, staring at a flame...

It does work to bring inner-peace, clarity, healing, and it also expands your awareness and connects you to the cosmic forces.
