How to Use the Tao to Heal

How to Use the Tao to Heal

How often do you deem something to be good or bad?

If you have an experience that makes you feel happy, joy, ecstasy, bliss, satisfaction, excitement then that experience is ‘good’.

If you have an experience that makes you feel sad, angry, resentful, broken-hearted, lied to, deceived, abandoned, rejected then that experience is ‘bad’.

But what if neither is good or bad.

What if all your experiences are just that;  experiences that you have that are part of the natural ebb and flow in life that brings you to the next version of yourself and restores balance and harmony to your life?

Life

I have talked to so many women (and men) over this past week that have broken up, are in the process of breaking up, are healing their trauma after being in an abusive relationship, and are dealing with feelings of unworthiness, powerlessness, rejection, abandonment, fear, and betrayal.

This is part of the life experience.  It’s hard to understand why it has to be this way and makes no sense at all.

The Tao

The Tao is always flowing, always nourishing life into creation, always presenting steps and solutions, and always reminding us that we are perfection in this moment.
(From the Kuan Yin Oracle)

Relax and allow life to flow

When life presents challenges it is a time to ‘go with the flow’

Going with the flow doesn’t mean being blown about like a feather in the wind and crumbling under the weight of the emotion.  It is more like being bamboo that sways with the wind instead of breaking in the resistance to it.

What it looks like to go with the flow

Sometimes we deny ourselves the feelings and emotions that exist within us by pretending they aren’t there or that it doesn’t matter.

The truth is that they are there and they do matter.

Going with the flow is allowing yourself to feel the wave of emotion and allowing it to leave.

The flow asks you to give yourself permission to be uncomfortable with the truth and allow the feelings of shame and guilt to bubble up to the surface and then be released.

The flow asks you to question whether every thought you think about your worthiness is really true.

The flow asks you to judge nothing as being bad.

It asks you to trust that everything is connected and that there is balance in all things;  like yin and yang.

* There can be no action without periods of inaction.

* There can be no light without dark, and

* There can be no disharmony without it returning to its natural state of harmony.

Judge nothing.  Just be – like bamboo as your life returns back to balance.

Fall readings are in full swing

Are you interested in a personal reading?

I love divination!  It has helped me during my re-creation process and it has helped many people who I have read for find the guidance and clarity they are searching for.

Readings can be recorded and sent to you with a private link to watch at your convenience or you can be live with me through Zoom.  You can ask me questions as we go and it can take as little or long as you need but on average readings are 30 minutes and cost $50.

If you would like to book a private reading with me simply click the button below.
