How to create a safety bubble that will help you have more confidence

Many people have a difficult time with boundaries and speaking up for themselves. If you have influences of disorganized or fearful-avoidant attachment from childhood or situational you may feel how speaking up for yourself and protecting yourself can be a challenge. This doesn’t just impact any attachment type, we can experience boundary issues at any time in our life and under any circumstance.
